Margie - Registered Dental Hygienist
Margie has resided in Boone since graduating from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, where she received her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. She has been employed by Dr. Craig Bridgeman since 1982.
Margie’s knowledge and leadership is motivational in our office. She is always on top of new advancements and technologies, not only in the area of dental hygiene but in the health field. She enjoys attending continuing education seminars and keeping us all abreast of what is new.
Margie is married with two children. When not at the office, she enjoys reading, cooking, being a sports mom and raising money for Canine Partners for Life.
Debby - Patient Coordinator/ Certified Dental Assistant
Debby is a Watauga county native and received her Certified Dental Assistant training at Western Piedmont Community College. She has been a dental assistant since 1987 and has been employed by Dr. Bridgeman since 1997.
Debby’s professionalism and ability to multitask are what make her so valuable in our office. She is as knowledgeable at the front desk as she is in the lab or operatory.
Debby is married with one child. She is as busy at home as she is in our office, doing all the things she loves: cooking, gardening, flower arranging, singing and teaching Sunday school.
Tammie - Certified Dental Assistant
Tammie is a native of Boone and received her Dental Assistant training at Central Piedmont Community College. She has been a dental assistant since 1980, and she has been employed by Dr. Bridgeman since 1985.
Tammie’s experience makes her a valuable member of our team. She is an excellent communicator and has a gift for helping our clients understand their dental problems as well as the solutions suggested by our practice.
Tammie is married with two children. When not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, gardening, reading and Bible study. She also works with the youth group at her church.
Lauren - Registered Dental Hygienist
Lauren is a Wilkes county native and received her hygiene degree at Catawba Valley Community College. She also has her Associate of Arts degree, which she earned at Wilkes Community College. She began her career as a dental hygienist here in our office in 2008.
Lauren’s excitement and enthusiasm are contagious and make her an asset to our team.
Lauren is newly married and is busy setting up her new home. When not working, she loves the outdoors and playing with her two dogs, Layla and Jake.
Debra - Registered Dental Hygienist
Debra received her dental hygiene degree from Dalton College in Albany, Georgia. She has been employed by Dr. Bridgeman since 1991.
Debra’s dependability and faithfulness make her a great team player. She is an excellent motivator and encourager. These qualities give her the ability to easily and effectively communicate to our patients their need for dental health.
Debra is married and the mother of two children. She is an active volunteer in many organizations. She is also a real estate broker, enjoys reading, exercising and actively supports our military here and overseas.
Ashley - Dental Assistant
Ashley is a Watauga County native. She graduated from Watauga High School in 2007 and completed her training at Lake Norman Dental Assistant School in 2008 before joining our staff.
Ashley enjoys clogging, shopping and playing with her English bulldog, Manny.
We are delighted to have Ashley with us, and we know she will be a significant contributor to our dental family.
